About the Author
Therapist and spiritual teacher Sullins Stuart has studied spirituality, philosophy, and psychology for over twenty-five years. He holds a M.A. in counseling from St. Edward's University.
The author of "Imagine Believe Become" and "Living in Conscious Harmony," Stuart has lectured across the United States and Mexico City, and his spiritual articles have been published in the Austin American Statesman newspaper.
Stuart devotes his time to maintaining a private practice, lecturing, and writing. He lives in Austin with his wife and two children.

A good primer for present moment awareness

This is a fast read and concise description of present moment awareness. He touches the high points, but does not dwell on any of the higher consciousness states for very long. Basically, if you are unfamiliar with these principles, you will get a good start by reading this book. But, if you are an advanced practitioner, there will be very little here for you. If you have difficulty reading Eckhart Tolle, this book will help give you a good idea of what present moment awareness is. However, as a stand alone work, it falls short.

This is a very helpful introduction to growing in spiritual awareness. I value the fact that it is pragmatic and that it offers concrete strategies to develop a deeper sense of "presence."
